How many people will review by product, service, website, widget, etc?

Our packages range from 10 unique reviews of a product all the way up to 30 unique reviews for 1 product. We are actively working to train and recruit more reviewers so that we can offer a greater number of people to review your product in the near future.

Will the written reviews come with a picture?

Yes, all written reviews come with a picture of the actual person reviewing your product.

Have other people seen a higher conversion rate after they post these reviews on their website?

Absolutely! People have reported everything from better sales, to getting requests for a newspaper interview from the reviews we have done for clients. Not only do they help dramatically to increase conversions, they also help to build your brand, and create buzz for your product or service in the process!

How long does it take to get the reviews completed once I have signed up?

All reviews are typically completed within 5 business days. Some larger packages might take a few days longer, but for the most part we make every attempt to get any order completed within 5 days of purchase.

What information will you need from me once I sign up?

All we really need is a reply to the new client email we send you when you sign up that asks about your website. We will also need a copy of your product for our reviewers to check out, if you have a digital copy that is always preferred. If you want a physical product reviewed it is needed that we get at least 1 of them, and preferably we’d like 1 product for each reviewer to check out prior to them writing your review. We find the best reviews come from the ability for our reviewers to be able to physically interact with the product before writing the review.
If you sell a high ticket product we can always review your website rather than a specific product.

Will these reviews be exclusively mine, or will I see them on some other website as well?

All reviews purchased through us will be exclusively yours. They are created from scratch to be 100% original reviews for your site. We will never sell these reviews to anyone else, period!

Can you do video reviews too?

Yes, although we have found the video review quality to be “webcam like” and are thus working on getting our review team better equipment to make these video reviews a higher resolution than they are now. If you are adamant on getting video reviews feel free to drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

What is the maximum amount of reviews I can buy for 1 website?

Right now you can buy up to 30 unique reviews for 1 product. We are actively working to increase this capacity to greater numbers, and should in the near future have the ability to do up to 100 unique reviews per product.

Will all the reviews be good?

Yes, most of the reviews will be positive. We don’t believe in paying our review team for positive reviews, instead we ask them to review your product honestly, and keep in mind we are commissioned by the client to do a review in the first place. This means the reviews typically turn out positive, and at the same time remain authentic and accurate.

Can I request more females than males to write my reviews or vice versa when I order?

Sure, we can accommodate special gender specific requests for reviewers. Since we have many more females on staff than males if you leave it up to us you should see about 70 to 80% of your reviews being done by females, and about 20 to 30% of the reviews completed by males.

Where do your reviewers live?

All our reviewers live in North America. Most across the United States in places as diverse as Louisiana, New Jersey, California, and North Carolina to name a few.
Luckily if you are sending in a physical product for review you will be sending all the sample products to one address, thus eliminating the need for you to have to deal with dispatching each product all over the country. Once you sign up we will send you details as to where to send the sample review products.

I am interested in having multiple products reviewed, do I get a discount?

Yes, as you can see after clicking the Get Started button you will see a number of packages, including a package that offers a healthy discount for those wishing to have more than 1 product reviewed.

Is there any product or service too technical in nature to be good for your review team?

Not really, we can review almost anything you want us to. While we aren’t scientists by nature, most products and services we have been commissioned to review to date were easy enough for us to figure out. If you have a highly technical product feel free to email us with a request to see if it would work with our reviewers, but for the most part anything you need reviewed we can do.

Is there anything you won’t review?

We do not review any adult content products, websites or services. We do not review any illegal pharmaceuticals, and do not review any online gaming establishments.

Will I have to expose that I paid for these reviews to potential buyers?

No we keep this information totally confidential, so you can experience all the benefits of the reviews without having to disclose any information about how they came about.
